DESCRIPTION:
Original 1970 UK 9-track LP on the Vertigo swirl label. Presented in a textured gatefold picture sleeve and complete with the original die-cut swirl inner.
GRADING:
Cover - Excellent ( Rare textured gatefold sleeve with very minor shelfwear on seams/corners. Small 1cm square piece of sleeve is torn/removed on inside right hand side of cover. Generally in exceptional condition for it's age.)
Record - Side 1 - Very Good (Mark on track 3 Only A Hobbo which produces 9 clicks, general background noise apart from that.) Side 2 - Very Good Plus (A few pops/clicks and background noise in places.) Labels clean with little evidence of spindle marks.) Matrix numbers are 1Y and 2Y.
Inner Sleeve - Excellent (Vertigo swirl inner sleeve. There is a 1.5" tear on one side around the die-cut centre.)
Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
