Description

Die Verlassene Stadt, a 7" record by Roedelius, on the Klanggalerie label.  Vinyl and sleeve are both in NM condition.  This one is numbered 77/100.  Here is the label's description:

7" single in a limited edition of only 100 numbered and signed copies.
Deleted 3.12.2001, sorry!

Three tracks on this limited e.p. which show both sides of Roedelius´ work: One side very ambient with beautiful soundscapes, the other side more experimental including a wonderful organ piece!
Roedelius is one of the most important figures in the history of European electronic music, being a founder member of the legendary Cluster and Kluster. Collaborations in the past include work with Dieter Moebius, Konrad Schnitzler, Konrad Plank, Holger Czukay, Asmus Tietchens, Brian Eno, Michael Rother and many others.
