Roger Nichols - Stairway '75 2LP private Santa Monica school funk samples rare

RECORDS: VG+ (strong)
NOTES: Double LP in gatefold cover. The couple funky tracks are on Side 4 and play fine. The cover has seam splits along top edges of 3 to 4 inches each. No inserts. This is very rare and has only been offered a few times.
GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
