!!!!!! PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION !!!!!!
this listing is for Role Model’s Kansas Anymore deluxe album. this is the 2025 record store day black friday exclusive release which was limited to only 3k copies.
unfortunately when this album was pressed for RSD, there was a manufacturing error where some vinyls were skipping on some songs. i purchased 2 copies of this vinyl, and this is one copy i am selling.
**BOTH versions i purchased were skipping, however, i noticed if you play the album on a slipmat, there aren’t as many skips. perhaps the grooves on the vinyl are touch and go and that is where the slipmat comes into play and helps. i unfortunately was not able to get replacements sent in place of the skipping vinyl i received.
i have also seen other people say you can put a coin on the top of your record player’s needle and this will help as well. this IS true and i even tested it to see the difference and if it would help with the skipping of the few songs and it DOES in fact make the skipping COMPLETELY stop.
either way, the vinyl are in great condition with no visible damage. the front cover and outer sleeve of the album are also in great condition. the only issues are the sleeves that hold the vinyl themselves have a bit of damage from shipping (customs opened them up) , but it has no effect on the vinyl themselves. the poster that comes with this vinyl has a small tear as well but it is very minimal (no pun intended)

deeply still in love - skips “oh tell me now” in the first chorus and “i still can’t swallow it, but i think” in the second verse

this record’s main selling points are the new green pressing , as well as the addition of “sally when the wine runs out (live from vevo)” , “some protector (live from vevo)” , and “deeply still in love (acoustic)”. the green pressing is such a beautiful color!
