The great swiss cellist and composer Rolf Looser was professor in Zurich Musikakademie, and Konservatorium Bern. He studied with Sturzenegger and Moeschinger in Berne, with Frank Martin in Geneva, Willy Burkhard in Zurich, and Pierre Fournier in Paris.
