Description
Rolling Stones / 1 ( 1st Album )
Japan Early Press LP
London SLC 231
Appendices: "G/F Different Cover” & “Insert”
( OBI & POSTER are missing )
Description: This is scarce Japanese Early Pressing copy ( released in 1969 ) of their original 1st album ( in Japan ), comin' with cool different cover. It also shows inside "Japanese description" & "photo of their live stage". So it’s totally different in the design of cover on front, back & inside from UK copy. A poster was originally attached inside gate-fold cover with the perforation, but it’s gone. Though obi & poster are missing, it’s still hard to find this item even in my country. Scarce item from far East to serious collector.
Side A: Tell me, I just want to make love to you, Honest I do, Mona, Now I’ve got a witness, Little by little
Side B: I’m a king dee, Carol, Route 66, Can I get a witness, You can make it if you try, Walking the dog
Condition: G/VG ( Cover / Disc )
COVER: Cover is stained with brown spots inside gate-fold. It’s partly worn on the corners, spine, right-edge & lightly other outer-edges. A poster originally attached to the right-rim inside gate-fold is gone, leaving with a perforation strip. Otherwise it has none of any tear, ring-wear, strip, dent & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is good in condition. It has some light scuffs on each side, with several light scratches on Side A. There’re some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any hairline, which is to be rated as "VG". Though there’re many scuffs on each “inner-groove”, they don’t affect its sound.
OBI: OBI is missing.
INSERT: G, being stained with brown specks over the surface of each side.
