An original 1st press of Aftermath from 1966 housed in a Robert Stace 'Stereo' sleeve from c.1970. Matrix 6B/4A. This copy might be of interest to someone primarily looking for a 1st copy LP at a reasonable price, or someone prepared to overlook the cover mismatch.
Vinyl (Vg/Vg+) In very nice condition despite having seen moderate use. Under close inspection there are a few marks either side - nothing heavy or troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly VERYGOOD+ level of playback. Whilst not a perfect copy this LP will more than satisfy most folk. Intros and inbetween are relatively quiet and the audio comes across with very good clarity. Interference is mostly minor. Do expect a touch of light static in the odd spot - mostly relatively minor, but perhaps slightly more than you'd like in 'Lady Jane'/'Under Thumb'. Other than that a very decent rendition which allows you to fully appreciate this Stones classic.
Cover (Ex) Remember this is the reissue cover from c.1970, but it is still in very decent condition. Nice shiny front with only one crease in the bottom right corner. The rear is unaged which is nice to see - just some light handling. Edge wear is very light and the spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
