This EXCELLENT UK MONO pressing of their 1966 album dates from 1969 and is on the unboxed and ungrooved red Decca label: LK 4786

The disc is housed within a front laminated 'Robert Stace' printed mono cover and is complete with its original red poly-lined Decca inner-sleeve.

A superb unworn & vibrant pair with no more than two or three well-aimed spindle trails to each completely unworn centre hole.

Visual: EXCELLENT

This cherised copy has been well looked-after and consequently both playing surfaces are clean, glossy and free from any major marks or wear. Its only significant visual blemishes in strong daylight are a handful of light fingernail marks, but nothing I would call a scratch. Close inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals some harmless wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine but no further marks or wear. Both sides of this fine copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.

Play: EXCELLENT +

This great sounding copy has been played with care just a few times on top quality equipment for transfer to tape and the sound throughout is clean, warm & clear with no trace of any groove/play wear. My single careful play-check uncovered a hint of background on the introduction of the 1st track on side 2, but no clicks, pops or indeed any other audible interference or distractions or or between any of these magnificent songs.

Cover:

EXCELLENT

A clean & firm example with minor storagewear but no significant or major faults. The front panel is clean & glossy, bearing only two small 'thumbnail' wrinkles and slight storage rubbing to the laminate. All corners are in excellent shape and free from any bumps or splits and both opening edges are clean , sharp and undamaged. The rear panel is clean & without any stains, writing or missing paper and both seams and the fully worded spine are all unstressed, unsplit and unworn.

Inner-sleeve:

EXCELLENT -

Clean & flat with the only blemishes being a faint print-through of the label in the centre of each panel and a small 1.5cm tear to one of the top opening edges. However, there is no writing or any stresses or splits to any seam
