Description

Radio album spot commercials created by Atlantic Staffers and friends issued between Jan. to June 1971 to radio stations only. This is a 12" laquer acetate LP with twenty different radio spots by the following artits at about one minute in length: McDonald & Giles, Hammer, Tower of Power, David Crosby, Cactus, Roberta Flack, Bee Gees (2 different spots for "2 Years On"), Wilson Pickett, J. Geils Band, Alex Taylor, McCann & Harris, Kate Taylor, King Floyd, Mott The Hoople, Rolling Stones (great spot with Mick Jagger narrating the spot for "Sticky Fingers"), Donny Hathaway, Mike & Jay, Aretha Franklin, Graham Nash. The first cut by McDonald & Giles skips from a pressing defect. All others play fine. The record appears VG++ just missing near mint with slight wear and slight loss of gloss but plays VG (average) with slight noise. Not bad but not great either. It comes and goes and its fine during music, a little louder during quiet times. Comes housed in its original jacket titled with all the artists (scan). Some cuts narrated by Scott Muni. Issued on plain laquer acetate with no label. Original issue NOT A BOOTLEG. Where these ever released?  Postage is $2.00 Media or $5.00 Priority. Overseas add $5.00 surface or $10.00 Air.
