DESCRIPTION: Rolling Stones - Beggars Banquet LP. 1st uk pressing with laminated gatefold sleeve, matrices ending -1K/-1K and correct style of inner sleeve dated 4-68. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Decca LKL 4965: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1968. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: U.K: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): G+/G+. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen with a fair few brushing lines and light hairlines. Played all of this tonight on my budget deck today. Sounds around not too faroff very good. Music is clean and loud with some ticks. Music remains prominent and it plays through without jumps, sticks or skips. Cover is in decent shape and almost scrapes into a VG. It has moderate edgewear, moderate cornerwear and moderate creasing. 2 small sticker removalmarks on front of sleeve just about prevent VG grade. Spine retains decent shape. Very clean inner sleeve is EX or very near with light wear and no splits. Very clean labels. No writing, rips, sticker or sticker tears.. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER ROLLING STONES/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 40-50 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
