Superb 1st press with very earliest sleeve and rare and very earliest:
4A 1
and
2A 1
matrix codes.
The sleeve is a solid VG+ example. Some creasing on the spine and a tiny area where the laminate has split just after the band name on the spine. Otherwise a robust and solid copy.
The original inner has a previous owners details neatly written on it.
The vinyl is a beauty. Some spindle marks on the label denoting moderate play but it has been very well looked after and the playing surface retains a beautiful sheen to complement the reassuringly thick 60s vinyl. There is a light line running across Factory Girl and then following a groove around the beginning of Salt of the Earth and I could just detect a quiet ticking beneath the intro of Factory Girl but this soon fades as the music continues and in no way affects what is overall stunning audio. A clear and vibrant listening experience Throughout.
