The 1st and best remaster of Exile (by Bob Ludwig), released in the USA in 1994 in a LIMITED EDITION thick card sleeve on 180g AUDIOPHILE vinyl.

A note on my approach to selling records: Listings of records on eBay often fall short of detail both visually and descriptively, which can lead to disappointment. I take revealing photos, sometimes in harsh light, so that you can actually see what you’ll get. I also describe honestly what you’ll hear. CONDITION:
Sleeve: MINT
Pretty much faultless - see photos. This is a gorgeous sleeve in gorgeous condition. No edge wear, corner wear, any kind of wear to speak of, 'as new'.Inner sleeves: MINT
Original bright white poly-lined square sleeves 'as new'.Inner sleeves with credits: MINT
In perfect condition, 'as new'.
Labels: MINT
No signs of play whatsoever, 'as new'.
Vinyl-visual: NM
Both discs look unplayed. One or two what might be called light 'sleeve' marks or pressing marks, nothing more.
Vinyl-aural: MINT
Both discs play like new with virtually no background 'rumble' thanks to the lovely thick vinyl. This remaster introduces new clarity and up-front punchy power without losing any of the involvement of the original 1972 release of Exile. In my opinion, this is still the best remaster of this album, none of the later ones come close. A pleasure to listen to!
GRADING:
I follow RECORD COLLECTOR guidelines, and use Good (G or G+), Very Good (VG or VG+), Excellent (EX or EX+), and Near Mint or Mint. The majority of the records I sell range from VG+ to Near Mint, and come from my collection of over 1,500 albums and singles. I listen to them on a Rega Planar 3 turntable.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
(FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced).
