Welcome to another Auction from PLAN 9 and RECORD FINDERS!

Up for bid is a rare LP, "England's Newest Hit Makers," by The Rolling Stones. This a factory sealed original stereo press, released by London (PS 375) in the US in 1964. For more info about this release, go here: http://www.discogs.com/Rolling-Stones-The-Rolling-Stones/release/1906826. The tips of all four corners have pierced the shrink wrap and show corner wear. There are several breathing holes in the shrink as well. The rest of the shrink wrap is intact, LP retains the factory seal! In fact, the shrink is still so tight, it has caused the back of the jacket to feel "rippled." There is light ring wear on the front and back of the jacket. There is one small odd mistake I noticed - if you look at the back of the jacket and flip it upside down, you can see that the word MONO is printed (in what is then the upper left corner - if you do not flip upside down it is the lower right corner) on the darker part of the jacket that is covered up by the paste over art. I know that this LP is stereo, I assume that this is just a mistake on the part of the manufacturer and tried to cover it up with the art. Because it was printed in white bold letters on the lower dark area, you can read it through the white paste over art. Finding one of these LPs in great shape is hard enough, but it is really rare to find one of these factory sealed! Don't miss your chance to pick up this  rare gem, unplayed!
