Pics below form part of the descriptor. First Press matrix A1 B1 C1 D1. All sides EXC+  Only a few very minor marks not affecting play. Still looks almost new. Labels are umarked with  just a couple of faint spindle marks. Audio plays sounds well with slight pressing static. The original set of 12 picture story postcards are in as new condition and still in a perforated unspoiled state. [ see pics ] . White liners and inner picture sleeves are as new. The main gatefold sleeve is in EXC condition with only some feathering at the two spine corners.

       A Couple Of Words About My Grading...I don't sell new records so I never use the MINT grade..highest I use is EXC++

   I adhere to Record Collector guidelines..After cleaning and playing I give a visual grade augmented with an audio report.
   Some records can have a poor visual grade but sound amazingly good, I describe these as 'Plays Better Than Grade'
   Some records can grade EXC but have a flaw when played, if these are offered for sale I explain what the flaw is.

   When it comes to picture sleeves a quality picture tells a thousand words, but not if the SEAMS are splitting, so I will give
   information regarding that. Good pics can help a buyer make an informed decision on sleeve / label condition, but not entirely on what they will sound like,
   hopefully with offering a visual grade, an audio grade and the pics it goes some way to making an informed buyers decision.
