Description

An original 1st on German Royal Decca Sound. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original cover. An expensive title if you purchase the UK pressings. But a German 1st is more affordable and very appealing from the audio perspective. Found a decent 60's Decca inner to ship it in.

Vinyl (Ex-) in great condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least. NEAR EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Plays predominantly clean - not perfectly. I detected nothing more than a few crackles in a couple of brief spots per side. A couple of minor ticks per side. Nothing noticeable or upfront. Even the lowkey acoustics play great. Cracking copy. NOTHING to turn your nose up at.
Cover (Vg+) Nice and clean front and rear with some light ageing apparent.. Minor edge wear in a couple of spots. Spine is 90% intact with minimal wear. The cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex+). No split. Pretty much perfect.
