On offer here from my record collection is The Rolling Stones 'Let It Bleed' the 1969 DECCA BOXED STEREO original UK pressing with Poster. I HAVE TEST PLAYED IT BEFORE LISTING AND CAN REPORT THAT IT PLAYS BRILLIANTLY in fantastic stereo except for the onset of Love in Vain where in the background you can hear distortion. This does vanish into the track as it goes through, Not a big problem and will not spoil your audio enjoyment, unless you require audio perfection on all tracks. .Probably caused by aged dust deep in the grooves which will be removed by the stylus the more it is played or of course a professional clean. Other than that I have played it at full volume and it really sounds incredible on both sides. The music is ultra clear and sounds ABSOLUTELY AWESOME with the bass, depth, warmth and clarity you can only get from a DECCA UK stereo vinyl! An outstanding listen which is amazing for a record of this age and rarity!.
In visually grading the album, I can say that the vinyl/wax on both sides is in ex plus condition. There are a couple of thin hairlines but non feelable and none that affect the play back. There is plenty of playing life left in the vinyl on both sides. In addition to its fantastic audio return, this album is complete as can be seen by the listing photo. It comes with a great VK poster AND it comes with the Blue Inner sleeve identifying the credits! This blue inner is Excellent but a little dirty on one side. The record labels are in top condition with NO writing, NO wear, and just a few spindle marks showing that this record has hardly been played!
The STICKERED Cover advertising the free VK poster is in EXCELLENT ++ condition! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear. It retains ALL its original flatness, MEGA shiny laminate and NO writing! The unlaminated back which also identifies that a poster is included is also in excellent ++ condition with NO writing, NO rubbing, NO grubbiness and NO yellowing!
