On offer here from my rare record collection is The Rolling Stones 'Let It Bleed' UK DECCA STEREO pressing. THIS ALBUM WHICH HAS BEEN STORED FOR DECADES IS FANTASTIC AND MANY SAY THE ROLLING STONES FINEST WORK! IT IS VISUALLY MINT without any scuffs or scratches. I HAVE HOWEVER TEST PLAYED IT BEFORE LISTING AND CAN REPORT THAT IT PLAYS THROUGH WITHOUT ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS. Just a little crackle here and there due to aged dust in the grooves. This is only heard in the quiet places. It does not detract from audio enjoyment. A clean and a few more plays should remove any background crackle as the stylus will remove any dust particles as it travels through the grooves..
In addition to its overall excellent stereo audio return, this album comes with a VK poster, stickered outer cover with its mono/stereo peep hole in the back AND it comes with the BLUE INNER identifying the credits.
In grading the album, I can say that THE WHOLE RECORD SHINES LIKE NEW! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT! THE WHOLE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK! The record labels are in top condition with NO writing, NO wear, and just a few spindle marks showing that this record has hardly been played! This was because my Father had other copies of this great album.
As said above, the record comes in its correct 'Let It Bleed' inner which is PERFECT, NO splits, NO stains, etc The POSTER is in STUNNING condition with NO rips, NO tears, NO wear, NO stains and NO pinholes! The STICKERED Cover advertising the free VK poster is in EXCELLENT condition! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear. It retains ALL its original flatness, MEGA shiny laminate and NO writing! The unlaminated back is also in excellent condition.
