AT THE BEGINNNG OF FEBRUARY 1970 (AROUND 2 MONTHS AFTER THE RELEASE DATE), THEY CHANGED THE DECCA LABELS FROM THE 'UNBOXED' DECCA LABEL WHICH HAD BEEN USED THROUGHOUT THE 1960s - TO THE 'BOXED' DECCA LABEL (WHICH WAS USED THROUGHOUT THE 1970s). AND THEN IN EARLY MARCH 1970 - THEY ENDED ALL MONO PRODUCTION OF THIS LP FOREVER!!!! SO ALTHOUGH THIS PRESSING COULD BE CONSIDERED AS 1ST PRESSINGS (AS THEY WERE CONTINUIOUS FROM THE VERY 'DAY OF RELEASE'!) THESE THE 'BOXED' MONOs WHICH WERE ONLY MADE IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (AS THIS LP WAS SELLING FAR LESS BY THEN!) BETWEEN EARLY FEBRUARY 1970 AND EARLY MARCH 1970, WHEN MONOs WERE UNTIL 2016 WHEN WAS RELEASED MONO BOX
The back cover shows an ''indicator hole'' to let the inner sleeve peep through: blue = stereo, red = mono.
This release was not issued with a poster and can be identified by the boxed Decca logo on the vinyl label.
DECCA used this kind of red label within a period over several years (until 1974).

Clean labels. Plays with some light noise in Love In Vain and You Got The Silver. Plays excellent otherwise. Vinyl has been pro-cleaned. Previous owner’s name written on back corner top - “ Barry” - nice otherwise. No sticker on front. Red inner has choir credit redacted. No poster. Decent VG /VG+ copy. Very playable.
Jz3 - remove from inventory if sold .
