UNBOXED LONDON 1ST PRESSING STEREO
The unboxed 'London' on the record label represent the first run of this particular Stones LP The STEREO pressings are SCARCE Not an inferior 're-channeled' later pressing This is the 'Stereophonic' London 1st US pressing
The sleeve, unfortunately, is a later issue (2nd) as the text lengths on the back of the jacket are NOT of equal lengths This remains elusive to me, as I've encountered many 'Boxed' London pressings with the 'original' sleeve Makes no sense to me (as the 'Boxed' London didn't come into play until late 1965) If anyone can explain this to me, please write :)
RECORD GRADES EX+ No kidding - a wonderful copy Barely visible MILD surface hairlines on side 1 These are small in length, and only visible under direct sunlight 3 or 4 in total, near the end of the music, into the dead wax Completely SURFACE Does NOT affect playback Minor paper scuffing A FEW spider marks on otherwise clean labels
PLAYBACK EX+ Brilliant shine and an analogue sound that matches This LP wasn't played very much
SLEEVE GRADES VG+ There is mild ring ware (see pics) Also, some scuffing on the upper portion of the spine And, a stamp on back (see pic) NO SEAM SPLITS
