The Rolling Stones - No. 2
(Decca LK 4661 UK LP 1965)
This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve which has the "blind man" reference on the rear. It comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve.
The record has red "unboxed" Decca labels which are grooved also. It has 1st press XARL-6619-1A and XARL-6620-1A matrix numbers. UK 1st pressings with -1A/ -1A matrices are not that common.
Sleeve: There is moderate fading & staining to the rear. There is some more moderate rubbing wear at the sleeve opening. There are some small laminate creases at the spine area. There is some mild ringwear & a small crease to the top flipback. Good condition.
Vinyl: Mild to more moderate, in places, sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. There are 3 light hairline marks. These are 0.5 cm, 1 cm and 5 cm in length. VG+ condition. The labels are very clean & show light to mild spindle wear only. Plays VG+ to VG++ overall. There is some light, or very mild, crackle in some quieter places. There are a very few light clicks on two tracks too. The inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light to mild wear & no seam splits
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.85 to £8.00 (depending on weight). Add £1.50 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £9.00 to £11.75 (depending on weight). Add £2.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
