Description
The Rolling Stones - No. 2
(Decca LK 4661 UK LP 1964)
This is a UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated sleeve (James Upton). It has the "blind man" reference on the rear sleeve. It comes with its original polythene-lined company inner sleeve - which is in VG condition.
The record has "unboxed" Decca labels. They are grooved also. The matrix numbers (& mother stampers) are: XARL-6619-2A (DU 33 ?) and XARL-6620-1A (IG 2 ?).
Sleeve: There is some moderate laminate creasing & ringwear on the front. There are a few scratches too. There is some mild fading on the rear. Good+ condition.
Vinyl: Light to very mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. The polythene lined inner sleeve has left some mild to more moderate marks on the vinyl too. There is also a minor warp. It does not affect play. VG condition. There is a small initial on Side 2's label. Otherwise mild spindle wear. Plays Near EX overall & EX in many places. There is some very light crackle in some quieter places.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
