UK original (4th pressing?) Mono with ''unboxed'' red/silver Decca grooved label with the ear logo at 2 o'clock. Upper label rim states ''Made in England''.
First released in january 1965. In mid 1965 "blind man" text was censored. Before the censored cover was printed, a paper sheet was pasted on back cover with "blind man" text removed. There is no printer credit and no "Made in England" printed.
