PACKAGING

All media and other items are shipped in boxes or envelopes with bubble wrap around the product and plenty of other packing. All boxes are well taped at all the seams to prevent accidental opening. We treat your packages with plenty of care.

HANDLING TIME

All items are shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Most packages will ship next day.

PAYMENT

We only accept PAYPAL for payment processing. All purchases must be paid for within 5 days. If payment has not been received within five days, an unpaid item dispute will automatically be opened. If you need more time to send payment, please contact me and I will work with you on extending time to make payment.

RETURN POLICY

We stand by our product, and our product will always be as described. We offer a very comprehensive return policy. Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the item is received. We cannot accept any returns on new items if they are opened. The only opened items that are returnable are defective items, and they will be replaced with a new copy or merchandise credit if the product is no longer available. The buyer is responsible for shipping on returned items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the exact condition as sold. If you do encounter a problem please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

* Parcel Post - All items shipped via Parcel post are estimated by weight and package size.
