**SUPERB COPY**

This superb first pressing is on the UK red 'grooved & unboxed' Decca label LK.4605
This 2nd pressing copy plays the 4.06 minute version of 'Tell Me'.
Housed in a front laminated, flipback 'MacNeill Press' cover with 'I Need You Baby' listed on the rear track listing.
Complete with its original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

Matrix numbers: XARL 6271-2A & XARL 6272-4A
Stamper numbers: 3D/CC & 1/UM

CONDITION

Cover: NEAR MINT

The cover looks like it has just been brought home from the shop.
The front panel bears just two feint creases to the spine but laminate is undamaged and has no 'thumbnail' creases at all.
The opening edge is sharp, clean and unworn - front an rear and the corners are square, unbumped and sharp.
The rear panel is pristine white with just a small rub beneath Mick and Brian's photo but certainly no discolouration or marking.
The spine is perfect - unsquashed and retaining its original factory 'pinching' at both ends.
There is a small crease to the lower right corner flipback but all are intact and the seams are strong and unsplit.
Hard to find a better looking example.

Absolutely pristine surfaces which even under a strong, direct halogen desk lamp appear incredibly 'as new' with no hairlines, scuffs, marks or scratches.
100% flat on the turntable without any dishing or warping.

Audio: EXCELLENT

Loud and powerful sound from this great pressing with just a hint of intermittant wear just audible on a few extreme peaks, although this could be present on the original recording (?). All bands play silently and there is no hiss, crackle, pops, clicks, jumps or repeats anywhere.
