DESCRIPTION: Rolling Stones- Their Satanic Majesties request. 3D gatefold cover and red inner. MONO. Matrices ARL 8126-1P/8127-P1. Light blue unboxed decca labels. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Decca TXL103 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1967 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: U.K CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG/VG+. Vinyl is clean but with a fair few light surface lines. Played in its entirety tonight through my green headphones on my Pro-ject deck. It sits flat on turntable. Most tracks nice and loud but some with background noise . Gatefold cover has near moderate edgewear, cornerwear and only light creasing. Red inner has no splits but has had a square cut out of centre then stuck back in hence low grade. Inside of gatefold cover is excellent. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Low start price for 1st Uk Mono pressing of the psychedelic stones LP!! Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
