Description

Rolling Stones - Their Satanic Majesties Request (3D cover, mono, 1967)

Format: 12" LP

Label: Decca

Cat. No.: TXL 103

Country: UK

Year: 1967

My record collection needs to be reduced to a smaller amount of records. I am selling albums I never or rarely listened to. They were always taken care of and kept in a poly vinyl case (which I will send with the record). The records hopefully find someone who loves and appreciates music on vinyl the way I do.

Description/ Condition: Their Satanic Majesties Request is the sixth British and eighth American studio album by The Rolling Stones and was released on 8 December 1967 by Decca Records in the United Kingdom and the following day in the United States by London Records. Its title is a play on the "Her Britannic Majesty requests and requires..." text that appears inside a British passport. I bought this album in a second hand record store in Cape Town four years ago and never played it. The original red inner sleeve is torn on one side but the rest of the album is in an excellent condition. The vinyl itself has some slight marks but they don't look major to me. I can take more detailed pictures if needed, just ask for it. The tracklist can be found here: click here.

If you have any questions about this item or if you need more detailed photos, just ask. I am happy to help out as good as I can. I am not a dealer, this is a private auction.

Thanks for looking and good luck with bidding!

UPDATE: Matrix numbers: ARL-8126-T2-2K (Side 1) and ARL-8127-T2-2K (Side 2) Sound quality of vinyl is not very good. I have listened to the record after request and would give this a "very good" rating (http://www.vinylrecords.ch/Vinyl/vin_grading.htm)
