Description
This is the first mono press with 1p/p1 matrix endings as opposed to the later mono version that was derived from the stereo. Other signs of the first pressing are the 3 (not 2) bell chimes at the start of "lantern" and the visible 'gap' in the grooves on "sunshine". The side 1 label has upper case "bill wyman" in large letters. Includes original red inner.

The vinyl has a fair amount of surface marks and a feelable scratch or two, one of which generates several clicks, but they aren't too obtrusive. However it plays better than it looks, great mono sound, no jumps or sticking, light crackle in parts more noticeable between tracks.
Labels are clean, no writing.
The sleeve has in the past been exposed to moisture and is bowed on the front (which seems to enhance the 3D effect!) and significantly rippled on the front and inner gatefold, see photos, although there are no rips, splits or writing. It would be excellent if it weren't for the rippling. Nb in the photos of the matrix nos there is a reflection of the camera, it's not a mark on the vinyl.
The inner has a couple of splits down one side, another on the bottom and fraying / small tears on the opening edge.
Not for the purist but a rare item in suitable condition to be played and enjoyed.
Record will be packaged in a proper box type mailer with stiffeners and will be sent by 'signed for' post. I do not profit from postage, the high overseas charges are down to the Royal Mail fees.
Money back on safe return of item if buyer is not satisfied for any reason.
Played on my Pro-ject Debut III deck.
