 DESCRIPTION: Rolling Stones LP- Sticky Fingers. 1ST UK pressing wth A4/B3 matrix, Gatefold version of the classic zip sleeve with no sign it has ever been glued.  Apparently around 300 of these were  made but quickly withdrawn and replaced with the classic sleeve. In original white inner with double sided insert. Postage cost includes insurance and box mailer. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Rolling Stones COC 59100 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION: (Vinyl/Sleeve) EX/VG+..Vinyl is super clean with a great sheen.. Played in its entirety today on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent. Clear, clean, highly vibrant and loud. It has a pinpoint size nick on the intro to " I Got The Blues" that causes 3 ticks only. Plays so cleanly that there is pretty much silence between the tracks on this record. Its easily the best playing 1st press I have had, and i rarely played it.  Gatefold cover is  firm and square and have only light edgewear, cornerwear and creasing.  Zip is fully working and the area above the zip which is usually heavily creased or torn is in Excellent condition. It sits naturally back against the Warhol print. I have graded the Gatefold as VG+ simply because it has a small rectangular area of faded sticker residue. It might come off, ive never felt inclined to try to clean it. Really clean insert and original white inner with no faults. Super clean labels- check out the photo. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE.
