Rolling Stones Sticky Fingers first press LP record vinyl Zip(plain) insert Rare. Rolling Stones first press with no "A Promotions N.V Record" on label those issues are September 1971 onwards, first press matrix is A3/B3 this is the small zip with square hole and 2 straight lines sleeve, on these first ends are open top and bottom unzip for cotton pants has Andy Warhol inside, run out engraved side A and B " T.M.L ROLLING STONES RECORDS cat number COC 59100. Outer sleeve is in great shape no torn flaps or belt buckle tears one small crease at the bottom of the zip about an inch long a few indents on the opposite side of zip the rest of front is in excellent condition, the rear has a few lines across surface and the dents from the next copy in line(so many copies have these dents before hitting the shelves they were packed in groups for transport causing dents to the next copy..... so you really wanted the back copy... no dent) there is a bit of faint blotching to the image if held to the light at the right angle but barely visible there is no writing just the tongue Logo as it should be with first press, apart from that the cover is in cracking condition for nearly 53 years old I'm 56 and look a lot worse, inner record sleave/bag is in very good condition with just minor yellowing not creased the insert is near mint IVseen a few and this is pretty much faultless, the vinyl is in very good condition I would grade her a very good+ bordering on excellent side one has very little sleeve wear there are a few light lines on run out side two has no lining but similar sleeve wear to 1, now a slight issue the zip causing a slightly mark to the vinyl its on a very many copies happens over years of storage its on Dead Flowers doesn't effect sound but is visable, happy bidding.
