this is a record from a collection I bought that was stored in a very nice clean house/non smoking pet free environment and the records are all quite clean and stored in plastic sleeves like the previous owner enjoyed taking care of them

record looks clean & glossy very nice, some light sleeve scuffs or marks which may or may not affect play cover nice with moderate wear to front, back, & edges, some tears near top of zipper but you can still move the zipper up & down, has original printed inner sleeve in good condition with some splits
