The Rolling Stones' Decca Years - 100% Analogue
This scarce 11-LP box set was released in Australia in 1982 and is almost impossible to find in
UNPLAYED condition. Similar to the Beatles "Blue Box," this Rolling Stones 11-LP box set
encompasses their most vital music in one package.
Because these LPs were mastered and pressed in 1982, they are 100% analogue-sourced,
unlike all ABKCO Records LP releases since 2002 (actually, since the mid-1980s!).
This rare box set's 11 LPs have been stored outside their covers, which means the covers look
brand new, with only a few showing the slightest signs of their 34 years of age. The covers have
a matte finish, except for Beggars Banquet, which has a beautifully glossy, laminate-like finish.
The white areas on all covers have remained pure white, with no signs of age-toning.

This box set also includes The Rolling Stones - The First Twenty Years, a 192-page large
format book written by David Dalton that features rare photos and a comprehensive history of
the band through 1982. The book is in EXCELLENT condition, showing some age-toning and
signs of use, but does not have any torn or bent pages.
Please note: This box set does not include the blue outer box that housed the LPs.

LPs listed are part of a fantastic collection of UK and US 1st pressings, audiophile pressings,
and box sets from rock icons. Select LPs are Holy Grail examples from an artist’s oeuvre for the
completist collector.
GRADING INFORMATION
- I grade conservatively. MINT is a sealed LP; NEAR MINT is an open LP/cover
with virtually no signs of use/wear; EXCELLENT is a well-looked-after LP/cover
with light signs of use/wear; VERY GOOD+ is an LP/cover with average signs of
use/wear but is not trashed. - I use unforgiving sunlight and incandescent light to visually grade each LP.
- I don’t make unverifiable claims as to how many plays a non-sealed LP has had
unless I am the original owner.
