Description
Offered here today is the hardest to find label variation of the advance promo versions of "Street Fighting Man" that were originally released. It is the Orange London label with the "Black Star" and no "Promotional Record" printing on the label.
London Records U.S.A. 45-909 Street Fighting Man/No Expectations
Vinyl condition EX, plays nicely, still nice and glossy. Etched matrix in the runoff, side 1: XDR-43220-2, side 2: XDR-43221B
Label condition VG+, very light tape residue on side 2
Comes with original London Records U.S.A. sleeve.
VINYL GRADING
I grade audibly and visually(combined) using the goldmine scale as a template. Grades are very strong. Bid with confidence.
NM : Highest grade. No audible flaws and at most one or two very, very faint sleeve scuffs visible only under the brightest light.
EX : No audible flaws but vinyl may have a few visible scuffs.
VG + : Vinyl may have visible scuffs and some faint/light surface noise in very few parts (or in between tracks) but not more than 15-20% of the record is flawed in this manner. A very strong and playable grade.
VG : Vinyl may have visible scuffs and some surface noise in parts but no more than a couple pops. Record will be enjoyable and may even be a file copy, but the most stringent collector may want to upgrade in the future.
VG- : Vinyl has visible scuffs and surface noise. Some pops and maybe a skip. A listenable record.
G : Vinyl is playable but has some major visible and audible wear. Used only for very rare records.
