Description
1971 Rolling Stones Ultra Rare withdrawn Hot Rocks LP W/different Versions of Brown Sugar and Wild Horses.
Very few copies of this LP escaped the pressing plants as Mick and Keith did not like the versions of these 2 songs (I think this is a better version of Wild Horses). Has “Shelley” and “11-18-71” etched into Side 4 trail off area.
Vinyl is in VG++ shape with some surface scuffs which is normal for a 52 year old LP. Should probably be professionally cleaned.
Brown Sugar does not have the Mick Taylor solo in the middle and is lacking Bobby Keys saxophone.
Wild Horses is a bit slower than the final commercial version but Jaggers vocals are more soulful and have more feeling.
Cover has quite a bit of wear and seam splitting at top and bottom but can be easily upgraded with a trip to your local record store.
