1.  Well, I have a collectible-level set of these getting-harder-to-find-every-day Ronette's picture sleeves.   So I am going to scale down some of the sleeves / records that I picked up along the way. These sleeves are so cool to have.  You just can't find them anymore. Every time you see these sleeves here on eBay, they get big-time action.
2.  The photos tell a pretty good story regarding this particular sleeve.  The sleeve is really very white, even though these sleeves are prone to "yellow" easily over time. There are some wrinkles and one tiny tear at the top. One side is "better" than the other.  A few marks, and some ring wear on one side. The ring wear line is a little longer than the photo shows.  The naked eye can see better than even the best photo.  
As delicate as these sleeves are, this sleeve is not bad.  I am going to give it a VG+ which I think is actually slightly under-rating it.
3.  The record?  It is really very very nice, almost Mint.  It has been played, but you wouldn't know it.  The vinyl shines on both sides.  No scratches.  
You can see a wear spot or two on the labels, but you have to look very closely.
All-in-all, the sleeve and record combination is very nice.  I will let you guys battle it out for this set.   It usually comes down to large dealers battling private collectors for these picture sleeves!   The dealers want these sets at a price they can turn around and make money on...of course.  And they add some fuel to the bidding or, if somebody is asleep, they slip in at the buzzer and grab the item.   Private collectors?   Well, we just like to have these sleeve / record sets to have, maybe play, but mostly just have in our Ronette's collection!
