 I collect records for my own listening pleasure, for fun too.  I have too many which means I have to sell some once in awhile.  This record has been played a few times, it has very nice gloss, it plays very well and actually because of the music that is on the album, beacuase of the recording quality and because of the pressing etc., it plays awesome, turn it up!  The value of this record is I'm sure in part because of it's rarity but if you haven't heard the deep track heavy vinyl sound of this album with Veronica you have missed some of Phil Spector's best work.  The sound quality and sound is awesome.

The cover is very nice, no names, the cover seams were very carefully scotch taped before I got the album, I just noticed this for the first time.

The vinyl on this album rates a solid vg+; I've always had a little bit of mixed feelings about the way this album plays, the vinyl is in beautiful condition and the sound is awesome but I hate white noise and there is a little on about three songs if I remember correctly although I put up with some on rare records; I expected this album to play near mint, the trail off is almost flawless, there are no spindle marks.  I'm playing it again now to refresh my memory; one side started with a little white noise then played near mint when it hit the music, the other side started near mint and is still playing.  The engineering on this album is awesome, I can stand with my ear next to one speaker and still hear the sound coming out of the others.  I can tell it is a record now when I turn it up on this side, the white noise there is, is not distortion, it is either a result of the way the record was pressed or dirt in the tracks I'm not willing to go after with a brush.  I've opened new records with as much noise but I wanted this one to be perfect, it is an awesome record.
