Description

RONNETTES Error Copy

1.  Quite a combination of Philles 4006 attributes!  We took this out of inventory to sell, and have no record of how we acquired it.
2.  You will notice that the cover, which is nice, is a 4006 cover.
3.  The vinyl is the 4006 STEREO version, which typically comes in its own STEREO 90721 cover.   The stereo version typically sold, back in the day, through record clubs...like Capitol's Record Club.
4.  You will notice the original owner put a little STEREO sticker in the upper left of the front cover...
5.  You will also notice that this vinyl is the rarer RONNETTES error-printing...
So, what you have is really something I am at a loss of words to describe!  But if you can handle the variations, you are getting quite a combination!   The STEREO vinyl is on fire right now.  You get a very, very nice cover here from the classic 4006 album.    And, as an added bonus, you get one of the error printings that took place when the lightly printed STEREO version started (mis) printing with the extra "N" in Ronettes  before the error was caught.
The vinyl is nice.  It does have a long mark on one side, and some shorter marks throughout, but plays through those.  It is hard to show the smaller marks and blemishes in photos.  The record was actually pretty lightly played.  You can tell that from the overall condition, the nice original shine.  And check the labels.  They have not been abused with a lot of sloppy on-and-off turntable activity.    But, regretfully, whoever played the record did get a little careless or this vinyl could have been really bragged about.
I will let the marketplace decide how much this album is worth.  We are setting the opening bid to invite some WATCHERS and BIDDERS...with no reserve.   We will pack, ship, insure, track...whatever it takes to get this nice record to you safely and quickly.
