Description
Ronnie Montrose - Open Fire Vinyl LP Test Pressing
1977 - Warner Bros. Records (USA). The album itself was released to the public in January of 1978. Test pressings are the first vinyl discs made at a pressing plant. They are produced in very limited quantities, and are used to evaluate the quality of the pressing, as well as for other in-house uses at the record label (such as the art or promotion departments). They typically come in a generic jacket, and most times include a data sheet with track list, song times and other technical information.
My copy comes in a generic die-cut jacket, and includes the data sheet.

Grading (Please read and see photos!) -
Record: Visually grades VG (some visible marks - mostly sleeve marks) - Play grades closer to VG+
Jacket (please see photos!): VG+ (light ring wear; light corner wear)
Data sheet has light handling wear.
Regarding my grading:
I try to be conservative with my grading. Most people who receive items from me say that the condition is better than described.
Comes from a smoke free home. Most items I sell are from my personal collection, so they have been well cared for while I've owned them.
