Description
From England, this is Esquire Records 32-003, The Ronnie Scott Jazz Club Volume 3, a cream colored label, original mono issue from 1954 featuring the best of British Bebop including Peter King, Jimmy Deucher and Victor Feldman. The record is visually, remarkably clean, showing very little wear for a piece that's 56 years old, however, there is atmospheric surface crackle in the background throughout. There are no skips, loud clicks, sticks, or distortion to distract from the music. The unique envelope style cover has clear tape on the top seam and some foxing but is otherwise excellent and intact including the flap which is perfect. The labels are excellent. A fine collector's grade copy of this extremely rare piece. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be listing over the next few months. Please check our other listings. We discount shipping for multiple orders. Thanks for looking.
