This Is Rare Promo White Label=Sample Issue Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" and Release Date "June 21"are Printed on Both Labels, Small Sample Stickers are on Back Sleeve and on OBI Strip.

Disc is Near MINT, Sleeve is EX Minus (No Bottom Split).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
