This rock-solid album from 1978 proves that Gallagher's still on the case as he has been doing the decade before. Stripping down to just three musicians, Photo Finish is in-your-face and full of well distributed energy and focus. Highlights include groover "The Mississippi Sheiks",  hard rocker "Early Warning" and "Cruise On Out", a high octane stomper that gets even the most unwilling listener barefootin'.
