Rot N Roll 1 83 HC zine None Of The Above NOTA America's Hardcore illiteracy

Up for auction here is issue 1 of Rot N Roll a digest sized punk zine from Green Bay, WI published in 1983 (there's a reference to Flipside #38, published may of 1983). Zine measures approximately 5.5"x8.5" and includes angry capslocked teenaged ranting (sample: I HATE THAT WHEN PEOPLE WEAR ALL THOSE ADAM ANT PINS AND WHERE WAR PAINT "IHATE ADAM ANT" I HATE DURAN DURAN TOO! JUST PUT THIS WAY "I HATE ALL NEW WAVE, AND YOU SHOULD TOO!"), angry teenaged collagework, an apology for the lack of a NOTA interview, some zine reviews, some record reviews, and a something about America's Hardcore (it starts with "I NEVER HEARD AMERICAS H.C. MUSIC" and ends with "THEY GIVE AWAY FREE STICKERS"). In addition to its obvious literary merit, the subtle and sophisticated collagework also warrants our attention. The editor's delicate hand with the knife and refined wit is perhaps best shown off on the cover, where Ronald Reagan spouts a speech bubble that says, "I wanna fuck teenage girls". I've seen MFA's awarded for less than this. But I digress. The zine has never been bound (it's just six sheets of letter sized paper folded in half), and it was also folded in half lengthwise when it was originally mailed, but has been stored flat since then. Zine is yellowing and there are stains and dings and general wear and tear. WHICH IS PUNK ROCK SO BID

Shipping in the US is $4 for the first item $0.50 per each additional item unless specified otherwise.

International shipping is calculated by ebay based on weight. For individual listings, the estimated shipping cost that eBay shows should be correct. If you win more than one item, please wait for me to send you an invoice, because eBay's combined shipping is almost certainly wrong, and if you check out before I send you an invoice, you'll pay an arm and a leg for shipping, whereas if you wait for ain invoice, it'll probably only cost an arm.
