This listing is for a set of two pre-owned vintage vinyl LPs of gospel soul music compilation albums.

They are called Rough Side Of The Mountain Album No. 1 and Album No. 2.

They were released in 1988 in the United States by The Big Beautiful Music Company.

The albums were sold individually as well as together from what I could tell. But in this case they were sold as a set for these two particular albums. So they are still shrink wrapped together.

So while the set has been opened, in this case they've never been fully removed from the shrink. I've chosen to leave them as is and the buyer can decide if they want to fully remove them or not.

Also because of that there are no photos of the back side of each sleeve since they're still together in the shrink.

Cosmetically speaking each record has moderate signs of surface wear in the way of a few very light non-feelable hairline scratches and scuff marks.

They each have clean center labels and the gloss on the vinyl is still very good.

They could probably each use a good thorough cleaning as they do have some light dust / dirt and a few fingerprint smudges.

I would probably grade both of the records as being very strong VG. But you could make an argument that they are actually lower end VG+..

Each record is housed in a thin cardboard sleeve.

Since the jackets are still shrink wrapped together though it's tough to fully grade their condition but some visible shelf wear on the edges and corners can be seen through the shrink wrap.

There are also signs of ring wear but it's tough to know how much there really is with the shrink being on.

Most of the visible shelf wear seems to be on the open side of the record sleeves.

I would conservatively grade the jackets as being middle of the road VG from what I can see through the shrink.
