Roy Haynes with Booker Ervin Cracklin' mono New Jazz 8286 Purple label w/ deep groove RVG

Purple label with deep groove and RVG in runouts both sides. "202 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J." address on back.
The record looks and plays VG to VG+. Music plays strong and undistorted. Scuffs and scratches on both sides. S1 plays with moderate surface noise with app 30 secs of ticking at about level of music on last track. On Side 2, there's a repetitive, non continuous, once per revolution crackle that sounds for about half the side. It's probably caused by a New Jazz pressing flaw. It starts off slightly louder than the music and gradually decreases in volume. After about the first 3 minutes, it's below the level of the music which is quite loud and not that intrusive. Grooves show some wear but not any damage.
The cover is VG+.
The front cover is shiny with moderate wear and ring wear. The back cover has moderate wear with a lot of staining. No split seams. Spine is intact and readable. Spots of denting and wear at the corners, especially at bottom of pocket.
