Roy Haynes Quartet - Out Of the Afternoon

Catalog # Impulse AS-23

Original 1962 Stereo Pressing with “a product of AmPar Record Corp” on the bottom of both labels underneath the tracklisting.

Media = EX. Clean, shiny, and glossy. One light angel hair on side 1, and some light sleeve press marks from storage (that a cleaning system more sophisticated than mine could very likely remove) keep me from grading this NM. This is a really, really nice copy.

Sleeve = VG. There is some general wear throughout, but this sleeve still presents very, very well. Some corner dings, spine wear toward the top, and light discoloration on the mostly white inner gatefold in places. There is also a “promotional copy only; not for resale” stamp on the inner gatefold, as well, so this is probably an early one in the batch. Still very presentable; the lp itself is a good bit higher grade, though. Overall the nicest copy I’ve ever seen. The original inner sleeve is included, as well.
