ok this is one of a few great items i have up just now in general, especially a nice batch of factory releases all in fabulous condition. this one is the rare "project phase 1" lp by royal family and the poor. v.tough these days, fact95. the vinyl is in fabulous near mint shape and the sleeve would be too bar a small 1" repaired red price sticker stain in top left hand corner. truly not a problem though as you have to look hard! ...starts low!
