Interesting Note: 
                             Short Shorts attire was banned in White Plains, NY. May 4th, 1954 -- NY Times.
                             Girl found guilty for wearing short shorts in White Plains, NY. July 12th, 1956 -- NY Times.                                                            This record probably came from a radio station in New York with instructions "Do Not Play."
