Rudolph Valentino Singing on 10 In. Recording 1920's.

How can you call your record collection complete without this interesting (and outrageous) recording??

Rudolph Valentino (May 6, 1895 – August 23, 1926) was an Italian actor, and early pop icon. Known as the "Latin Lover" he was one of the most popular international stars of the 1920s, and one of the most recognized stars of the silent film era. He is best known for his work in The Sheik and The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. His death at age 31 caused mass hysteria among his female fans, propelling him into icon status.

Rudolph tries very hard and he comes through loud and clear with a long and interesting announcement at the beginning.

The record is in perfect condition with a clear picture of him on the label.

The selections are "Kashmiri Song" and "El Relicario."

As a "bonus" I am including a 10 inch "Brunswick" recording of "There's a Star in Heaven Tonight" and

"Farewell." Both dedicated to Valentino with Frank Munn and Allen McQuhae.

The songs are great "corn" and fun to listen to.

The singing is loud and clear on this bonus recording  with some background noise.
