Description
Up for auction is a 1961 LP version of Del Shannon's album, "Runaway with Del Shannon." This record is a mono pressing.
The record sleeve itself is about 12 inches long x wide, about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick -- a standard size. The sleeve art is in excellent condition and has no discoloration, markings, drawings, or other defects. It features the normal wear-and-tear, with some dirt marks (common on a white sleeve), and some bumps on the opening side's corners (shown in the last two photos).
The record itself is a standard LP size. The grooves have some very light hairline scratches, but nothing that will affect its playing ability. The center discs have some lines near the center hole from the previous owners trying to line the hole up on their record player.
This record is in used, vintage condition. There is no paper or plastic sleeve for the record inside of the sleeve. This record has not been professionally graded or cleaned, but its condition is in excellent shape for a used record of its age. The record is also in working condition on both sides. This record is a great addition to any record collector's collection, or even a great gift to any Del Shannon fan!
