This listing is for an extremely rare copy of this very limited edition LP in excellent physical and audible condition.
Specially mastered for (and available only by mail order to) readers of Hi-Fi Today and Practical Hi-Fi magazines. Limited to approximately 1000 copies.
The record will be very carefully packed with the disc packed separately and outside the sleeve to avoid any ring wear whilst in the post.
Audio quality:
I believe vintage records should be played through age appropriate vintage equipment so I played this record first on a Bang & Olufsen Beogram 4004 deck with an MMC 20EN cartridge and listened to it through AKG K550 headphones and then played it again on the same deck but through Bang & Olufsen Beovox S45 speakers.
Listening on AKG K550 headphones the overall sound quality is quite exceptional and there is nothing that would spoil your listening enjoyment.
Side 1:
Slight background crackle on run in to track 1.
Slight background crackle also present between tracks and on the very quiet parts of some tracks.
Slight background crackle at the end of track 5 and the run out with a couple of slight clicks during last few seconds of run out before the stylus lifts.
Side 2:

Listening through Bang & Olufsen speakers virtually all the above is eliminated.
Grading:
Using the Record Collector grading system I would grade this copy as 'Excellent' which is described by Record Collector magazine as follows:
EXCELLENT: 'The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing'.
I couldn't manage a pic but the spine is undamaged and the lettering readable.
