Hi! This is an interesting item i have here- based on all the information available, i have to assume that this is a TEST PRESSING of Rush's great double live album "Moon Over Cleveland. The standard issue of this comes on colored 180 gram vinyl with full color printed labels- this copy is pressed on normal weight black vinyl with blank white labels, consistent with standard test pressing detail. Though i cannot guarantee that this is what it is, at the very least this is an extremely rare, unique pressing of this already scarce album. The sleeve is in NM+ shape, the vinyl looks unplayed- this was also packaged in a heavy PVC outer sleeve, which fits nicely over the cover, it is not pictured but will be included.
